HAL Systems, Inc. announced today its purchase of the OutBound® Shipping System software, a premier, multi-functional and multi-carrier shipping system utilized by companies nationwide. Effective immediately, HAL will offer support and maintenance, as well as custom programming, to OutBound® clients.
